Warranty & Repairs
Check coverage for your exact device, regional SKU and purchase before arranging service.
Coverage must be confirmed
Warranty and service eligibility can depend on the product, regional SKU, serial number, seller and purchase record. The website does not promise a universal warranty duration, local repair route or international coverage for every item.
Before paying, ask Sentinel to identify the applicable manufacturer or seller warranty, duration, service provider and claim process for your exact configuration. Any extra protection plan must be separately described and agreed.
Preparing a service enquiry
Keep proof of purchase and record the exact model/SKU, serial number, fault symptoms and relevant photographs. Share serial numbers only through the confirmed support channel, rather than public messages. Ask the merchant to confirm the assessment route, transport arrangements and any quoted charges before authorising work.
Your data and device access
Back up your device before service. Ask the service provider about data erasure, account sign-out, activation locks and access needed for diagnosis. Repair or replacement may involve resetting a device; agree the arrangements before handover and do not send account passwords through the store enquiry.
Faults, accidental damage and other remedies
Manufacturing faults, accidental damage, wear and optional protection plans may have different coverage. The merchant must confirm the actual policy rather than relying on a generic product photograph or headline. Warranty terms do not replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
